Ethernet cable(with usb-c adapter) doesn't work

Hey there,

I'm using-

MB Air

M3

Mac os 15.5

I plugged an Ethernet cable into my Mac (using a Type C Adapter), but for some reason, I don't get an Internet connection.

(Everything works well on other devices, so I assume it's some internal issue with my Mac)

What should I do? (I did already "Renew DHCP")

Please help!
