voiceover doesn't read ordinal numbers properly

Hi!

I'm an Italian tester.

VoiceOver isn't able to read ordinal numbers properly.

For example: VoiceOver read 10o (the Italian way to write 10th) "ten o" and not "tenth".

This problem is common to any software.

Obviously, it's about the Italian language.
