Tracks from take folder are empty but still visible after flattening

The result looks like a track stack but with no option to collapse it. I tried selecting the empty tracks (clicking the check box on the far left) to hide them but the command hid the comped audio waveforms, too. You can see in the pic that shows the entire song that there aren't any other take folders on that Tele track (#13) that haven't been flattened.
