Apple music can't play songs "couldn't connect to the server"

my apple music plan is still on going until november, at the first i thought it was expired, but i remembered i bought that last week. i've tried to install and uninstalled it, log out from apple account, and log in again, but still don't work. i searched for tutorials on youtube, but none. literally, i can't play every songs. hope anyone can help me, thank you🙏🏾
