AirPods Pro 3 not showing under “Devices” in Apple Health — normal or bug?

Hey everyone, Quick question — in my Apple Health → Devices list, I only see my Apple Watch and iPhone, but not my AirPods Pro (3rd gen).

I did some runs and workouts recently (logged in Fitness), but Health doesn’t seem to recognize the AirPods as a source. Shouldn’t they appear there too? Or is this just how Apple designed it?

I know AirPods track some things like headphone audio levels and ambient sound exposure — but I was expecting them to show up as a device under Health. Am I missing a setting somewhere (Privacy → Health → Hearing or something), or do AirPods just not sync there yet?

Would love to know if anyone’s AirPods actually do appear in their Health device list, or if it’s the same for everyone.
