Unable to power on iPhone 15

My iPhone 15 suddenly stopped working a week ago and does not power on despite multiple reboot attempts. No physical damage, tampering or liquid damage. Phone is only 18 months old. Received service delivery report from Aptronix (authorised service center) who quoted INR 45K repair cost (citing hardware failure) for a phone purchased for INR 67K. Customer care also did not provide the exceptional approval code to repair the phone for no-cost. Can anyone facing/faced similar problem help me out, please?

Thanks for the reply, Jeff. I did get a second opinion but that was not from an authorised store. They quoted INR 13K to replace the motherboard but I wanted to get it checked from an Apple service store. The guy at the Apple store mentioned that people with this issue generally get an exceptional approval from the Senior Support team to have it repaired for no-cost but I was told a flat no hence reached out here to quote references who have availed this exception.

Thanks, Chattanoogan. I tried what you have suggested - didn't help. Went to the Apple service center, they diagnosed the issue and mentioned a hardware failure. The repair cost is too much for me to go ahead. They mentioned about such issues getting handled through an exception for iPhones that are relatively new and with no physical/liquid damage. Mine is the case but the customer care didn't help either.
