Apple Bundle with Peacock Problem

Peacock subscription is not upgrading after I bundled with Apple. However, the type of subscription appears to be correct in my Apple subscriptions. I canceled my Peacock account prior to bundling, but it didn't update. I deleted the Peacock app several times on my Apple TV, reinstalled, it still doesn't recognize the upgrade.

I have had a different problem with the upgrade. I had both Apple TV and Peacock via Apple TV subscribed. When logged in, offered the bundle. When upgrading to the bundle, it said that it will automatically switch over to the bundle from the single subscriptions. The bundle was working immediately (I also went from Peacock w/ads to Peacock w/o ads). And my account now shows only the bundle subscribed to. However, on that day, I was billed for the bundle and separately billed for the renewal of my old Peacock w/o ads. I am hoping this is just a delay in updating the subscriptions, and that the renewal of the old subscription will be refunded as well as the balance remaining paid on my old Apple TV subscription. But I have found no way to actually query Apple about the status. Anyone else run into the same issue, and was it resolved?
