Caller ID with name is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier. Some carriers will let you change this on the web site. Log into your account at your cellular carrier and see if you can modify it there.

Depending on where this name is appearing, you may be able to do something or not.

Is this the name other people see when you all them?

Or something you see on your iPhone when you make a call?

If it something you see, then check the "My Card" contact in the Contacts app and make sure it has your name there as you want it.

If it's how others see the incoming call on their devices, then it's either down to caller ID as mentioned or because that's the name they have the number stored under in their contacts list.

They would need to edit your contact on their devices to change that. You can't directly control that.

Doubtful the device name in Settings > General > About > Name will do anything though.
