Fingerprint verification bug in storage area on iPhone

When I delete an app from the storage area, it requires fingerprint verification. When I try to verify with my finger, nothing happens because the focus remains on the storage area. To verify with my finger, I first have to select the last opened fingerprint verification window. When I select delete from the Finder, I immediately tap the button with my finger, and it deletes. Why is this difference?
