Safari 26.0.1 Bookmark synchronization issue on iMac with macOS Sequoia 15.7.1

I have upgraded to Safari 26.01. On iMac, I run Sequoia 15.7.1. How do I fix this????

Original Title: Can't Edit or Add Bookmarks - Issue: You can’t change your bookmarks right now because they are being synchronized. Wait a few minutes, and then try again.
