Safari just will not load pages

Like most everyone else with an iPhone, iPad, etc I prefer using Safari as my default browser. Only mine has quit loading webpages across all of my Apple devices. I’ve had to use Google to find anything internet based, including here. I’ve done what was said by Apple support that should’ve fixed the issue. In fact I’ve gone through all the things mentioned be support several times, now. For which there’s been no change. Safari on both my iPad and iPhone still will not load webpages or connect to the internet. Using Google, because I’ve no other option for searching the web, with Safari refusing to work on my devices, I found tech articles with suggestions to fix Safari along with several YouTune videos offering methods to fix this issue, that I took the time to watch and do what was said in them all. Most of which being repetitious of the suggestions I found here first, and tried. It’s extremely irritating and frustrating. Am I missing something, because no matter what I’ve done that’s been suggested to fix Safari and get it working once more, hasn’t fixed Safari on my iPhone or my iPad. Can someone please help me get Safari to work on my devices? Preferably with something different then the laundry list I’ve already done that’s listed here by aupport.

I understand the Safari app is not loading webpages. If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support is where to start. Don't omit any steps. If there are any you cannot complete please describe which.

There is something I don't understand though. You wrote you use Google to find anything internet based. How are you doing that if Safari is not loading web pages?

I’m able to use the Google app on my iPhone and iPad. In my settings my phone and iPad are set to use Safari, which isn’t working. I’ve done all the steps that Support says to do, when Safari isn’t working ie loading web pages at all. I’ve not omitted a single step that support has stated to do. Yet for whatever reason Safari will not open a single webpage on my iPhone or my iPad. I’ve even gone beyond the suggested steps listed by support. I’ve done each of the steps several times, and still the issue persists.
