Unresponsive 'Speak Screen' widget on iPhone 16 Pro

I had been using the Speak Screen widget recently when all of a sudden it froze on the LHS centre of my screen where it remains unresponsive. It’s like the outline shape has been edged into the screen itself. It still appears in my widgets as a separate widget. So if I bring it up again there are 2 on my screen. And the one I bring up works still. The other just sits there unresponsive and in the same position for last month or so. I’ve iPhone 16Pro and yes I’ve turned it off many times, it is up to date and apart from that very annoying widget etched into my screen works just fine. What should I do?
