Endnote Purple Window when trying to open library

I have EndNote 25 on my MacBook Air Tahoe 26 version, but every time I want to open an existing library, there's a purple window that I think is due to a layout glitch.

I have completed the EndNote terminal code input and the hard preference reset as per Clarivate support. However, since that didn't work, they suggested checking with Apple support to resolve the issue.

Is there any other way I can resolve this?
