Unknown phone number and device signed into my Apple ID iCloud

Please help unknown phone number and device signed into my Apple ID iCloud and I don’t know the ph number it says contact the service provider to cancel sim but it’s not my number I’m iphone(2) ???

What exactly are you looking at and what is the exact message?

Why do you think that there’s an “unknown number and device” signed-in to your Apple Account ?
