Persistent Bluetooth notification every 30 seconds on MacBook

From this morning, every 30 seconds I get the below:

Software is up to date, the only time it stops is when I turn off the bluetooth, which is inconvenient. Any thoughts on how I trace the device it's coming from and how to get rid?

Thank you

Searching the Mac App Store for "bluetooth tracker" gives a range of choices. Alternatively, you could use your phone if the unknown device shows up in the Settings > Bluetooth (under Other Devices), or an iOS bluetooth tracker app.

Short of an app, you could move your Mac around to see if you can isolate where the signal is coming from. Depending on your surroundings, e.g. if there's someone else with whom you're sharing a wall, that could be only partially effective.

I can see these devices in the next condo and yes we do share a common wall

Once you have figured out just where the Other Bluetooth devices are located

Get a larger roll of Tin Foil and apply it to that wall

A little more

The MAC address E4:8B:7F:22:B1:FF belongs to a device manufactured by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.. This is determined by the first half of the address, E4:8B:7F

If that is of any help
