Apple Pay order acknowledgement email not received
Hello, I ordered as a guest, and I added all my information, paid with Apple Pay
However I didn't get "Order Acknowledgement email"
I called support they said: we can see there's an order but we can't opent it without an email!!
I gave them the email I added to pickup but it say wrong info!!
when I open my account I find nothing!
What can I do?
the specialist said she can't help!
