How to locate a lost iPhone with Airplane Mode on and no SIM?

The one and only electronic means of locating a lost iPhone is with Find My. As you stated, Find My isn't active.

Your only remaining option is to go to where you think you lost it and look for it with your eyes.

You are completely out of luck. That iPhone can never be located remotely. All you can do is go to where you lost it and look for it. Why doesn’t it have a SIM and why is Find My not active? Why was airplane mode on when it doesn’t have a SIM? Your story sounds made up.

Nothing short of black magic or divination will help you locate it if it's offline.

There's no other location mechanism beyond Find My, if its not active or the device is offline, then sorry, there's simply no other way to locate it.
