MacBook Pro 2019 screen colouring issues

I own a 2019 MacBook Pro 16 inch running Mac OS Tahoe 26.0.1 and today I noticed smth very off about my screen, there was a slight discolouration in the display for some random reason any white image on the screen looks to be in a pinkish shade I thought a simple restart can fix it but oh boy I was Wrong it started flickering shortly afterwards (which stopped after I switched from the intel integrated graphics to the amd radeon ) ,then started the burn in on the display ,it is visible during start-up too , but when I enter safe mode none of these issues are present ) I left it at the safe mode but even after it once I do load into Mac the burn in keeps getting worse its very distracting ,just wanted to ask any fellow community members to any recommend fixes I can try as this issue happened like 5 -10 mins of me using it today

verify your software is up to date—

The current stable release of Tahoe including bug fixes, security updates is macOS 26.1 - I would start there and compare your results. Keep your Mac up to date - Apple Support

To be proactive you can file a bug report / submit your Apple Feedback here: Product Feedback - Apple

unplug all non-essential peripherals when testing

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

all known to cause issues on the macOS

for hardware issue—

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
