Reverting to previous design after macOS Tahoe upgrade on Mac

I've unfortunately upgraded my Mac to Tahoe. I find the design hard to use. Its no longer as crisp and clean. Its harder to see things on the screen. Is there a way to revert back to the previous design?

For me I really don't see the point of this upgrade. I'm guessing Sequoia will keep receiving updates for another couple of years anyway.

If I can't fix it easily I'm going to revert.
