How to resend a gift from your iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account.
4. Sign in to your Apple Account.
5. Tap Gifts.
6. Tap the gift that you want to resend.
7. Make sure that the recipient's email is spelled correctly.
8. If you need to edit the recipient's email address, tap their email address, then tap it again and enter the correct address.
9. Tap Resend Gift. If you don't see Resend Gift, it has already been redeemed.

Try looking in your purchase history: Check whether the transaction went through ok.

Sorry that I'm no expert on this. I do not know what is available in your country, and what is not. Could the gift card have been redeemed to your account by mistake: Check your gift card balance - Apple Support

Perhaps you did not purchase the Gift Card from Apple itself, but from another supplier. About Gift Card Scams - Official Apple Support

I had the same problem, ended up buying an album twice, the gift button that would allow me to resend or fix the email address is gone.
