What do I need to connect two Studio Displays to a HP laptop? Do I need a certain time of docking station for it?

That would depend on the laptop and its ports. If it has thunderbolt ports you can use a TB dock or just TB cables if it has more than one TB port.
If it does not have thunderbolt ports then you cannot connect Studio Displays to it, as there would be no way to generate the required thunderbolt signal and the Studio Displays don't support HDMI.
