My recent update to 26.0.1 (25A362) Tahoe
I usually have a few locations listed, however I am now getting a blank location. It cannot be deleted. Just something for Apple future fixes. I did find a fix but it keeps coming back.

iMac 24″, macOS 26.0
Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.
There have been reports of issues with Location in the Weather widget, as well. Hopefully fixed in 26.1 coming out soon.

Manually add more locations and compare your results.
I see this more often then not for my particular "My Location."
It is not a perfect science.
