I'm trying to create an entry on Feedback - MacBook Air - Apple.
I've entered info in every field on the screen except the Comments which for some obscure reason does not accept entry. I even checked to Please Read box.
What is the secret to entering the required comment field?

Well, this was weird.
I was navigating through the fields by clicking in them. Didn't seem to work for the comments field.
BUT, when I navigated by tabbing to the next field Comments were enabled.

I just checked myself and there was no trouble entering a comment with either the Please Read box checked or not. The only thing I can suggest is Quit Safari, and possibly restart of your computer, and try again.
