Unable to view Bank PDF statements, nor download, where is download icon.

On multiple non-banks, safari can view and download pdf ok. But on any bank, not.

Bank opened line in settings for every web "app". All set to deny, changed to allow.

Still Not working.

Extensions all deleted, cache deleted, router & MacBook booted.

Still not working.

Tried to update acroread, adobe download is failing. DMG installs have been failing.

I'm willing to go to command line.

Is Safari attempting to download? How to tell, download icon missing. No kind of growing or temporary files in local drive download folder (where safari/sequoia 15.+) is set to go by default. Set to ask, but does not. No disk, network usage increase.

Bank support says just use Chrome, which works but is such a pain. Ads and other garbage are constantly ransoming chrome. I'd rather not use than the chrome ransom cleanup.

Also unable to download Firefox. So, this is not limited to PDF.....
