Unable to update macOS Tahoe due to different Apple Account
I am running Tahoe OS. Got a notice that I cannot update because I bought it with a different apple account.
I have no idea what to do?

Getting into a Sold Computer:
Contact the Seller. They need to log out of their Apple Account of this. Without doing so, it is useless to you. This is the site the seller should used prior to selling it to you: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, Trade in, or Recycle your Mac - Apple Support; the seller should have known better.

Hey hi, it happens when macos was originally downloaded using a different Apple id.
Because of that, the system is asking for that old Apple id to update.
You can also check the official Apple documentation for how to update macOS Tahoe and other resources for features. And, kindly follow this Mac User Guide - Apple Support (IN)
I hope this helps you resolve the issue.
I solved my own problem
