Can't Switch/Focus windows with mouse, need to fallback to alt-tab

I'm having issue switching/focusing on another APP other that the one "on Top" at the moment, or in another scree.

I started to noticed this about 1-2weeks ago, first with mostly teams, but I guess its cause I use the app a lot, but this actually happens with all apps.

I use dual monitor sometimes during the day and this seems to start the trigger actually, can be coincidence ofc, but the fact is so far I've only got into the issue after I plug the second monitor (HDMI).

Say I'm in iTerm or VSCODE on second monitor and want to click temas on the first or even the browser on the current monitor, it simply does nothing, only alt-tab allows me to focus on that window/app and now I can click inside.

Going back to just the laptop monitor does not fix it.

The only way to fix is to reboot.
