Pages is not a Word clone and has no stored variable containing the document name that would allow you to click a menu item to that end. When opened, every Pages document has a title bar with the document name displayed. When you click that document name, it will open a panel with the document name selected. Just copy and paste that document name into Pages, and then click the document name in the title bar to close that panel.
