ios 26.1 lock screen time font suddenly much larger

After installing iOs 26.1, the time on my iPhone 14 lock screen was suddenly much larger, and now overlaps the widgets underneath it. It's the first font you can choose when editing the lock screen. I changed it to the second font type, then it's normal again. Restarting the phone, etc. made no difference. Anyone know how to fix this or is this a bug?

I'm also on iOS 26.1. The widget should automatically move to the bottom when the large font is selected. I find that if I have a widget on my lock screen and I choose to enlarge the clock, it automatically moves to the bottom. Try manually dragging the widget to the bottom yourself, or try deleting the lock screen and creating it again.

Thanks for your answer. I tried moving the widget-bar to the bottom of the screen. That helps so it doesn't overlap with the time, but doesn't change the weird stretching of the font. By the way: when I'm in 'edit mode' the font is normal, but as soon as I save the changes the font stretches and becomes large. Haven't tried deleting the lock screen and creating it again, will give that a try when I have time.

I have this (similar) problem too. Using the "photo shuffle" option, I set the clock to the smallest size by dragging the bottom right handle of the clock window. All looks good so I save it. Then it seems to get auto-resized automatically to random sizes. I don't want a big clock, I just want the size I set it to - too much to ask???? iPhone 14 plus on IOS 26.1. I don't use widgets.
