how to check if my airpods are fake
I already know they are fake, need to prove it to seller

Why are you having to prove they are fake to the seller? It is up to them on whether they give you your money back whether they are fake or not. If they don't want to give you your money back there is nothing you could provide that would be satisfactory for them. If they claimed the devices were new, send them a screenshot of the warranty expiring 3 years ago and that should be enough.
As for checks to see if a pair of AirPods are genuine, there are no methods that can be used with 100% certainty. The serial numbers can be copied just as easily as the packaging and appearance. That is why it is recommended to only buy them from Apple or Authorized Apple seller if you want AirPods that you know are genuine.
