On iPad Pro some icons not allowing to view in full screen
Anyone know how to make an app into full screen. 3 dots on top have a full screen option but when I clicked app became even smaller.

If some Apps operate in full-screen while others do not, you have likely encountered an App that is primarily designed for an iPhone screen - not iPad. Unless these Apps are re-coded by the respective App Developer to use the full available screen, the App will only be shown on the iPad screen in its native "portrait" view.
You will need to make enquires of the individual App Developer(s). Perhaps you can persuade them to release an updated version of their App(s) for iPad:
