Mac Mini M4 HDMI to TV Underscan Reset Fix

I have noticed a lot of people having the same issue where every time the display turns off the underscan needs to be set again.

I found that if you turn the TV on first and let it get past it's initial warmup phase then wake the mac up it will retain the setting. I think it checks for a monitor and if it's the same one it keeps the same configuration but if the TV hasn't fully powered on yet then the mac doesn't know what display it is so it resets the underscan.
