Apple Music suggests my music on my girlfriends account, but not reverse on my account.

When my girlfriend opens her Apple Music app on her iPhone, the suggestions are a mix of her music, my music and music played on our HomePod. We have a family subscription, so it should be separated, but it is like she gets everyone’s music.

The HomePod is on her account - I don’t know if this is where the issue is?

also, when she plays music from one of her playlists, the app only plays one track, and then begins playing tracks from all over the place (including the music for pets playlist we use on the HomePod).
