AirPods Pro 2 with no sound and non-functional case light

My airpods pro 2 don’t have a sound, they connect to properly the case and airpods are fully charged yet when i connect on my phone or anywhere else and play something no sound come through the airpods but they’re connected and my airpods case light doesn’t work, it doesn’t switch on
