sound on burn cd with text cd pc

when I burn a cd from my playlist the volume is good, but when I add text cd the volume of the cd goes down. I've slowed the burn speed to 4x, uncheck sound check. I've even went to song info on every song, options volume adjust is set to 0, & the equalizer is set to none. Repeated for all tracks. Still all of that doesn't help.
