Archived Episodes on Apple Podcast Connect | Apple Support doesnt support Apple Podcast Direct

Our podcast episodes on became archived on Apple Podcast Connect but doesnt offer a way to unarchive them. Called Apple Support, but was told they do not support this product. I see online where I should be able to unarchive them, but there is no option given. I am the account owner, signed in under my own login. I have no idea who archived them (wasn't me) as no one else has access to this. Apple couldnt say either.
