WD My Passport Ultra for Mac not showing up in Finder or Disk Utility.

I really need help with this. I have tried restarting, switching the usb-c cord, updating my Mac. I don't know what to do at this point... It appears here, but not in finder or Disk Utility. What can I do? I have been using this Macbook Air (M4 chip) since I bought it new from Best Buy in September.
