MacBook Pro 13 with Touch Bar won't turn on, black screen, only ESC button responsive

my laptop (macbook pro 13 with the touch bar) won't turn on, my screen is black and only the esc button will turn on, i can hear the charging noise and when it powers on. when i put my flash to the screen i can see the logo and ive tried everything ive seen ok here but nothings working.. please help me.
