I have a macbook pro, 2013 running catalina 10,15,7, and safari 15.6. when running bambu lab studio I do not get any images of models I want to print.
I get a box with nothing in it except a little blue square with a question mark inside.

Is this a new problem? Were you able to print at some point before? If so, what did you change since then?
when running bambulab studio, you can look up on the internet for "online models". when doing so you should get an image of the finished model for printing. I am getting just a frame where the picture should be with a small blue square in the centre with a question mark in side the blue circle.
I do not believe the is the bambulab software but the MacBook pro which is now quite old. I was just trying to find why it is doing this with the hope of finding a solution.
I think this may be something to do Java???
No images when running BambuLab Studio.
