macOS tahoe26.1 attach window on applications only sidebar and blank on right and can not resize

I installed tahoe 26.1. onto my macbook air. I noticed that applications like whatsapp, outlook mail, chatgpt or any other application that you can attach files a problem appeared. The problem is when I click to attach the window that appears on the shows sidebar like in Finder but on the right or the side bar there is no items and the sidebar extends across the screen, and you cannot resize it width wise from left right or right to left. But you can resize it from top to bottom and bottom to top. I found out how t ha ha ha ha and after reset, when I click attach only window comes with items but this time no sidebar. And when I click show sidebar, it shows sidebar and I can resize. But when I close a the attach window, and reopen attach window, the problem comes back again. So I decided not to use sidebar for attachment windows for applications such as WhatsApp Outlook and any other application that I need to make attachment.
