I delete and reinstall my MacBook Air 2020 M1 but its show Exclamation mark

i was delete and reinstall my MacBook in MacOS settings, then i wait it to restart to "Hello" but its show Exclamation mark and give me a link how to restore a Mac, but i dont have a other Mac, im writting on a windows laptop, please help i try but i cant reinstall my MacBook, my MacBook cant enter to the recovery too.
