iTunes dialogue boxes pop up behind the main window on Windows

Whenever I am doing something on iTunes that triggers a dialogue box (For example, "Are you sure you want to delete this song", "there are duplicate songs in the playlist", etc). The box will pop up behind the iTunes window and become unclickable. If I keep the iTunes window small, and part of the dialogue box is visible, I'm able to move it over where I can click on it. But this is super annoying and has been going on for years without a resolution that I can find.

Is there a way to fix this issue? My computer is up to date as well as the version of iTunes that I am using. This is on a Microsoft Windows computer.
