MacBook Air M3 overheating while using specific apps

My MacBook Air M3 Chip has been heating up daily since the last few days. I had updated it to Tahoe 26.1 earlier. Is this a hardware issue or a bug? I have been using some specific apps daily and it's only then that my MacBook heats up. It is normal when I am Netflixing or using WhatsApp.
