Personal Exchange calendar not showing in iOS Calendar app

I'm trying to add my work Microsoft email to my apple calendar. I can add it as an exchange account and I'm able to sign in and the account shows up. It's loading in my email and contacts just fine.

The issue I'm having is that only other people's calendars that are shared with me are showing up in the IOS Calendar app. My calendar isn't showing up at all even though I the box checked for it to show up.

I've tried deleting my calendar and re-adding it several times and I've adjusted the sync settings so it's syncing as often as possible but I still can't get my calendar to show up.

Is there anything else I can try?
