If this is a "new MacBook M4 Pro" (as you indicated in the title of your thread), it would have arrived without any Apple ID registered on it – ready for you to set it up with your Apple ID.

It seems that instead, this M4 MacBook Pro purchased "from Bangladesh" (a different country from the one you live in?) was already logged into someone else's Apple ID when it arrived. I would suggest contacting the seller, asking why this "new" MacBook Pro shows signs of being a used MacBook Pro not properly prepared for a new owner, and going from there. (You may, for instance, want to return the Mac and get your money back.

If you cannot contact the seller, or they refuse to make things right, you will have a system that you will never be able to set up properly for your own use.
