How do I address hidden apps, JSON scripts, and suspicious automations on my iPhone?

Recently noticed hidden apps and JSON scripts on my iPhone. It is more concerning how my iPhone was and is still being manipulated. I own a 15 ProMax and likely my last iPhone. Shortcuts were being used in many different automations behind the scenes the most disturbing is how a script was generating my passwords into a txt document and being sent out via uploads. My phone when I attempt to remove all shared apps in privacy an error appears and photos have been changed and features added to photos to perform functionality of users and text messages. I have spoken to apple and they brush me off in fact I found an account link to a company named zendesk. It is a AI driven central hub for channeling all my inquiries to companies like apple or my wireless company my credit card companies my bank. Basically I’m talking to a desk of AI generated customer service handling all my calls and that alone is in my eyes fraudulent and manipulation of personal property and privacy rights. Don’t know where to go I’ve given up however I can only say the more I have uncovered the faster the overlay starts to calapse.
