How do I change my Apple Store region to Timor Leste?

Hi I have bought a new phone and really would like to have my Apple Store in the country that I’m in which is Timor Leste not sure but no option for a country that has been independent since 2002 after being invaded by Indonesia. But seems like for Apple we don’t exist.

You can't. There isn't an iTunes Store or physical Apple Store for it.

Thanks Neil Pretty sure my question covered that. but reason for posting was so that apple got its products up to date as they have resellers here. so pretty sure its just a matter of them not looking at Income but interest in allowing their products being available in other countries.
