Why was the original Real Love music video mix replaced?

Hi everyone,

I recently noticed that the music video version of Real Love by The Beatles on Apple Music has been changed.

The original MV used a different mix from the one on Anthology 2 (1996) — but now it plays the new 2025 remix (from Apology 4). The Anthology 2 album version itself hasn’t been replaced, only the MV’s audio track.

Does anyone know why Apple decided to swap the original MV mix?

That earlier version had a unique sound and historical value, and I really hope Apple Music can bring it back or at least offer both versions.
