Sonoma ugrade, Ethernet not connecting to some apps

Hi, I've just upgraded my O.S from Big Sur to Sonoma on mac mini intel 2018. My ethernet connection isn't connecting to certain apps (dropbox, safari, other apps) - however is working on Chrome and Firefox. I don't have any Malware programs , and have turned fire wall off. IT seems it is not trusting some incoming connections? ANy hep appreciated. Thanks
