You don't because you can't. Wallpapers provided by Apple as part of iOS are built into iOS and are not user deletable. You don't have to use them. You can choose any photo you want as a wallpaper, but remove what is built into iOS is not possible.

We would need a screen shot of the screen filled with dots to understand what you mean.
Certainly with face ID activated, you can long press on the current lock screen so the wallpaper falls back to the wallpaper switcher, you can swipe the unwanted screens up and delete.
You can't remove any wallpaper supplied with iOS. Only the images you add to the phone.
I just don’t want to use the wallpaper options supplied, and recently the”dots” large multicoloured, have been supplanting photos I’ve selected to use as wallpaper. Some may like the stuff provided; I don’t.I’d like to erase all of them at once.
What dots! Screen shot please!
Apple don't supply or enforce wallpaper, they supply images to use as wallpaper if you don't have an image of your own. They do not change or modify your choice.
If your chosen photo is becoming corrupted then that is a different matter. Try a different image that is out of your Photos app.
Maybe the “wallpaper app” is or has become corrupted. I find it distracting because I can’t control it and it wastes my time, thanks for opinions and suggestions.
If you don't give us the information asked for we can't help you
The Wallpaper app is fine. The only Wallpapers that you can remove are the ones that you have added.
That won't change.
