How do I prevent Safari tab groups from being deleted when clearing history on iPad?

safari tab groups gets deleted whenever I clear history in iPad ,do anyone had issues like this.iPad runs on iPadOS 26.1

It would be helpful if tab groups had lock and unlock option.
